Transcend
THE TRANSGENDER SUPPORT GROUP at our West Village Adult Day Health Center offers a safe and trans-affirmative space for both HIV-positive and HIV-negative transgender people and their partners.
THE GROUPS OFFER monthly themed discussions on issues important to the trans community, as well as film screenings, group activities, advocacy opportunities, family style dinners, regular rapid HIV testing and prevention, individual counseling and access to case management services.
Groups are open to anyone who’d like to attend and meet weekly on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 3-6pm at our West Village Health Center location
